COFFEE CAKE BLUEBERRY ALMOND

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup of crisp yogurt
  • 2 of tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 huge cup of generally useful flour
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of heating powder
  • 2 cups of crisp blueberries
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of cut/slashed almonds
  • 1/2 spoon of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the broiler to a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In an enormous bowl, include the egg, a glass of low-fat milk and some yogurt alongside a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Whisk them together and make into a hitter.
  3. In another bowl filter the flour alongside the sugar and preparing powder. Make it into a fine blend.
  4. Include the blueberries in some flour and mix the blend into the egg and flour hitter until the dried constituents have soaked enough.
  5. Include the hitters together and mix well into a blend.
  6. Empty the hitter into a dish that has been buttered well.
  7. Over the hitter, sprinkle a couple of blueberries for improvement.
  8. Blend some powdered sugar, slashed almonds, and cinnamon powder together and sprinkle the blend everywhere throughout the hitter for embellishing.
  9. Bring the skillet into the broiler that has been preheated. Prepare the hitter at around 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around 30 minutes.
  10. Supplement a needle to check if the cake has heated after 30 minutes and take out or prepare further appropriately.
  11. Evacuate the cake after it has heated and enabled it to cool for 30 minutes. At that point expel the cake from the dish and let it cook for an additional ten minutes on a wire rack.
  12. Serve the cake warm with frozen yogurt or espresso.
