The perfect blend of sweetness and strength
Growing up in Puerto Rico one gets easily spoiled drinking some of the best coffee in this world. Ever since I moved to the mainland, I have not found that flavor anywhere else until now. Most espresso coffees in the US are too bitter and downright burnt (thanks to the mega-coffee shops who have managed to dictate what coffee should taste like).
Well, my search is over. Espresso angelica is that same perfect roast I grew up with. Its a masterful blend of sweetness and nuttiness, without any hint of bitterness. I drink it in lattes but it would be perfect as a hot espresso (no sugar needed). I love the way the crema gushes out of the basket spout on my machine. I recommend this blend to anyone who wants to experience what a really good cup of coffee should taste like.
